I’m the founder of Landup, a land uplift company built on a genuine desire to help landowners unlock the full potential of their land. I’m passionate about making the process clear, approachable, and rewarding, ensuring every client feels supported and confident in the decisions they make. By combining a people-first approach with thoughtful, strategic insight, I aim to create real opportunities and lasting value.
Ella Hardy
Meet our Business Partner
Ella Hardy, my business partner, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in land and development. Her journey began at just 17 as an estate agent, where she quickly discovered her passion for unlocking hidden land value. By 19, she had become a professional land buyer, gaining hands-on experience with planning uplifts at a Windsor-based development company.
Ella went on to work with some of the UK’s leading housebuilders, including Bovis Homes (now Vistry Homes) and Linden Homes, where she specialised in land acquisition and managed developments ranging from 3 to 1,000 units. Throughout her career, she has been involved in high-value deals generating profits of up to £300 million and has built a current planning uplift pipeline worth £10.8 million in potential profits.
Her deep industry expertise, strategic insight, and strong reputation make her an invaluable part of Landup, strengthening our ability to deliver trusted, results-driven advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
